We operate from a home-based salon, ensuring a comfortable and personalised experience.
Booking and Appointments: To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee is deducted from the total service cost.

You can book through our online platform or by direct messaging us on Facebook or Instagram for special preferences or circumstances. See below for details on How to Book.
Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule their appointment once, transferring the booking fee to the new date, provided the request is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours requires a new booking fee.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our business.

Payment: Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept various payment methods, including cash and electronic payments.
Health and Safety: Your well-being is our priority. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that may affect the lash application process.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. If you have concerns about your lash service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for resolution.

Booking your lash extension appointment with Perth Lash Artistry is a breeze! Follow these simple steps to secure your spot for a lash transformation:

Visit Our Booking Site: Head to our user-friendly booking site to view available services and appointments. Select the date and time that suits you best.
Direct Message (DM) on Facebook or Instagram: If you have special preferences or unique circumstances you'd like to discuss before booking, feel free to DM us on Facebook or Instagram. We're here to chat and ensure your lash experience is tailored to your needs.
Booking Fee: To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee secures your spot and is deducted from the total cost of your lash service.
Rescheduling: Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may need adjusting. You can reschedule your appointment once, transferring the booking fee to the new date, provided you notify us more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
New Booking Fee for Short Notice Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a new booking fee will be required to secure a new spot, or the cancellation charge paid, whichever is greater.

This ensures fairness to other clients and helps us manage our schedule effectively.

Cancellation Policy

Life can bring some unexpected moments. At Perth Lash Artistry, we're all about those gorgeous lashes; but we also understand that sometimes, plans change. Here's the lowdown on our cancellation policy, delivered with a touch of compassion:

Understanding Life Happens: We get that things can pop up out of the blue. You've got a million things on your plate, and sometimes, an appointment just doesn't fit in. If you need to cancel, give us a heads-up. Just send us a message via mobile at 0418 914 948 or DM us on Instagram or Facebook

The 48-Hour Rule: Cancelling within 48 hours of your lash appointment? It's a bit like breaking up with your lashes at the altar. We need to be upfront; it incurs a 50% charge on the appointment cost.

Why? Well, it's not just about the lashes; it's about running a small business and unfortunately, empty lash beds can't be filled at late notice.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours during the Christmas/New Year period and on public holidays will incur a 100% charge on the appointment cost.

Your Annual 'Get Out of Jail Free' Card: But don't worry, we're not all stern looks and no heart. Once a year, you've got a 'Get Out of Jail Free' card.

Did life throw you a curveball? No problem! Play that card, and you're off the hook – no questions asked.

Exceptional Circumstances: We're humans dealing with humans, but if something truly out of the ordinary comes up – a genuine plot twist, let's talk.

We're open to being understanding when the universe decides to throw a spanner in the works.
